Mystery Sentence
One of the players writes a familiar expression on a piece of paper without letting anyone see it. For example: “It’s raining cats and dogs outside”.
- Write in capital letters.
- Then cut the sentence up letter by letter, and place the letters in the correct order face down on the table.
- The rest of the players look at the cut-up message, and take turns saying a letter. If the letter is part of the message it is turned over.
- When a player guesses a correct letter they can guess another one until they guess incorrectly. It then becomes the next players turn.
